Challenge: Call center new hire agents were struggling with grasping the flow of a typical call they may encounter while on the floor. The training session was conducted virtually, with limited resources for eLearning material. Although some scenarios were provided to the participants as a whole, this provided learners limited opportunity to practice their own skills and recognize their current level of content retention.
To allow participants to practice on their own, a scenario was built for them to walk through the call flow and practice their skills and knowledge.
